Gourmet Sausage was founded in 1997 by German Fleischmeister Reinhold Lutz, whom many of our most beloved recipes were created by.
Today, Gourmet Sausage crafts artisanal, fresh, cured, smoked and fully cooked meat products. We also specialize in processing and portioning fresh meats for the retail and foodservice landscape.
Our quality is founded upon the traditional nature of our recipes, the very best raw materials and exceptional people. Together we create the taste of authenticity.
In our government inspected facility located in Aurora Ontario, we continue to honour the principles of fine sausage making, curing and smoking established by Reinhold.
